Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Work

• The client provides jewelry photos (captured via phone or camera).
• We create AI-generated model Images or 5-second video clips using provided images.

Deliverables include:(as per package).

• One (1) final AI-generated image per jewelry photo(2048px),
• One (1) 5-second AI-generated video clip per jewelry photo(1080p)

2. Usage Rights

• The client receives full commercial usage rights for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.
• Intellectual property of the final visuals transfers to the client upon full payment.
• The studio retains the right to use the visuals for its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment terms: 100% advance to initiate the project.
• All prices are subject to GST as per prevailing government rules.
• Work will start only after receipt of the advance payment.

4. Turnaround Time

• Standard delivery time is within 48 working hours from project confirmation and receipt of inputs.
• The studio will confirm timelines at the start of each project based on complexity and volume.

5. Approval & Revisions

• A low-resolution, watermarked preview will be shared for client approval before final delivery.
• Revisions are not included. Any new visual request or variation will be treated as a new image or video and billed separately.

6. AI Process & Limitations

• All visuals are generated using AI-based modeling systems guided by the client’s provided jewelry images and brand inputs.
• While we ensure precision, minor variations in tone, material, or lighting may occur due to AI generation processes.
• Manual jewelry editing and physical retouching beyond AI generation are performed only as required for accuracy and presentation, not for design alteration.
• The final outcome is dependent on the quality of the provided jewelry photos.

7. Confidentiality

• All client materials and jewelry images are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

• In case of cancellation before project initiation, 50% of the advance amount will be retained as a processing fee.
• Once AI generation has started, no refunds will be provided for completed or in-progress work.

9. File Delivery & Storage

• Final approved files will be shared digitally (via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or client portal).
• Files are stored for 30 days post-delivery; clients are advised to back up their final assets.

10. Agreement

• By proceeding with the project and making the advance payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
